Construction Details:

Based off of the outfit she wears at the end of the episode. The skirt was actually made out of a curtain I found at Savers. That was a lucky find. Replace a curtain rod with elastic, cut, layer, sew and DONE! The rest of the costume was either in my closet or found in the scrap section of my local fabric store. I'm starting to love that section more and more!
