Construction Details:

Espeon's dress was made from a Halloween costume dress pattern. The ears and tail I made quick sketch patterns for, and I eyed the scarf when I was cutting the material. The dress itself was made out of a sort of silk material--it wasn't given a true name at JoAnn Fabric's when we bought it. The ears, tail, and scarf were made from purple fleece, and the inside of the ears was felt I'd painted with purple acrylic paint. I purchased Espeon's kneesocks at Hot Topic, and her shoes at Wal-Mart. The shoes I painted with the same paint as the felt, and I hot glued rhinestones to the part of the shoe--even though both times they fell off.
