Top and skirt are made from a butter rum yellow poly cotton blend. The skirt is fully interfaced and self lined and the top is just interfaced. The Hellsing patches are from CosBrigade and the boots are $5 blue suede Steve Maddens dyed brown with fabric paint and run over with a cool iron to set it.
