Construction Details:

i got a plastic light fixture cover, added reflective tint sheets and cut a head hole, a mouthpiece hole and a hole for the ac unit. the ac unit was made from a cooler lunch bag inside a box with 2 computer fans and a vacuum hose. i cut a hole in the top of the cooler and placed one fan there; the other fan was placed on the end of the hose that goes inside the helmet and i am cooled by frozen water bottles(or ice when i don't have bottles). the gas filter is made from a small squirt bottle from a kid's drink with 2 dust masks put together with dryer sheets in-between.
