About this Costume

Handmade vest and skirt. Vest has working buttons. Hat, shirt and gloves bought at a thrift store. Added flowers to hat. Used spider style eyelashes. Had to wear 8 inch platforms to achieve height. Luckily could be hidden under skirt.
