About this Costume
Construction Details:
I bought the yellow zentai on ebay and my friend's mom took it in for me so I wasn't wearing a stretchy yellow sack. I had the boots and gloves, and the sash is just black spandex.

The mask is a cheap Dark Knight Batman mask that I hacked and sewed into the right shape. The eyebrows are yellow vinyl, the grey stripes are cloth, and the eyeholes are white chiffon covered with dry-erase laminate to provide shine and block my eyes when cameras flash. Granted, I can't see a damn thing, but at least it works.
Personal Thoughts:
This is one of my favorite costumes to wear, despite the vision difficulty, simply because Hellcat is one of my favorite characters, and it's great to run into people who love her too.

One of the highlights of wearing this costume has been getting to have it signed by Stuart and Kathryn Immonen, the writer-artist team who did the Patsy Walker: Hellcat mini that first introduced me to Hellcat and made me fall in love with her. Kathryn was so excited that she made Stuart get out from behind the booth and come take a picture with me- that was pretty darn awesome.
