Construction Details:

Team Rocket was always my favorite part of Pokemon. Mostly, it was because I thought James was a hottie, but I always, secretly, hoped that they would suddenly become badass and be a worthy opponent. Even though I was constantly disappointed, I still held on that one day, they would be awesome. And then we decided to make them and it *was* awesome. I can't remember if it was because I was fascinated by the wig, or because our James could do a wicked James impression... but somehow we ended up celebrating Pokemon's 10 year anniversary with our group. The wig is made by me and my sister (I helped her some on Ash). It has a base of chicken wire and tape to hold the form. Only one wig was used in the construction, though more would have been nice. I used two cans of Got2B spray and at least one can of Aquanet to hold the thing together. The "R" was a separate piece that I appliqued on to the shirt rather than use an iron-on. I also used a separating zipper in front, though if I could, I'd replace it with a line of hook-and-eye for a cleaner front. The boots are carry-over from Lady Seph and Quistis. Best $40 I ever spent :D
