Construction Details:

Ghetto costume is ghetto. OHOHOHOHO!! Made from Sateen (not to be confused with satin), lined with broadcloth, and black/grey bias tape around the edges.

I MADE THIS IN A CAVE. WITH A BOX OF SCRAPS.

Personal Thoughts:

HAHAHAHA!! So funny story! I was looking through my Hakuouki folder looking for a new Okita costume to make but never wear when I decided I needed more Okita artwork. So I scooted on over to Minitokyo's Idea Factory section when I found this little gem. OHOHOHO. I spent about 30 seconds contemplating this costume before I realized I had everything, literally everything (fabric, wig, contacts, and all), right at my finger tips to make this costume. So then I MAGICED OUT A JACKET IN 4 HOURS! OHOHOHO!
