Construction Details:

Shirt made from red ponte and white ponte with Simplicity 9499. Pants made from gray ponte with Simplicity 9499 and black heavy duty snaps. Boots are Black Captain-100. Hat made from gold ponte, with yellow felt lining and poly-fil premium polyester fiberfill. Helmet base is an AO Safety 90028 Professional Faceshield plus styrene painted with Bumblebee yellow gloss spray paint. The backpack is white marine vinyl with white webbing, strap adjusters, parachute buckles and a white ponte lining. The mallet handle is a 1-1/4" wooden dowel stained with Minwax Walnut wood finish and Minwax polyurethane clear gloss, capped on the bottom with a 1-1/4" rubber chair tip. The mallet head is a combination of Dow STYROFOAM™ Residential Sheathing, pine wood, styrene, mini-blind slats and wood trim, painted with black gloss spray paint. The mallet head and pole are connected with a threaded rod and tee nuts.
