Okay, so this is what I like to call my "break-time" costume, meaning that I didn't actually make it myself. The dress was something some friends and I found in a thrift store a few years back, and I purchased it then with a Wallmarket Aerith cosplay in mind. It wasn't until recently, though, that I could wear it, as it wasn't until VERY recently that I finally got around to altering the back to the dress so that it would actually fit my torso properly... Still, in spite of not getting to make it myself, it was a nice break from all the nitty-gritty draping, patterning, and sewing; and it was a ton of fun to wear anyways! ^_^
