Construction Details:

I got so lucky with this costume and I'm glad bc I was the best Sailor Moon that I have ever seen in person. I first wore the outfit and wig on Halloween '08. I later updated it to wear at MTAC '09. I found the outfit at a Halloween store and had to get it. My friend bought the wig for me in some random store in Nashville. It was only in pigtails as shown in the Halloween photos and it took two and a half hours to fix the "meatballs" with two styrofoam balls and two large red buttons for MTAC. I made the tiara and necklace out of ribbon. I wore red flats on Halloween and bought the red heels for MTAC (too lazy and broke for the rare knee high boots). I've had the wand since I was a little kid and it came in handy :)
