Construction Details:

+ Dress skirt has three layers of fabric - lining, satin and sheer overskirt and spreads to a full 360 degrees when layed out.

+ The top has hand made circle appliques, venice lace, velvet trim and two rows of pearls in different sizes to replicate the design on top of her dress.

+ The sleeve 'poofs' are made from forming fun foam into the shape I wanted, and covering with lace and pearls in to get the kind of swirl effect you see in the artbook images.

+ All the jewelery is handmade to replicate what Princess Serenity is wearing.

+I'm not wearing a wig. Yes, that's all my real hair. ;)

+ The wings are a replication of the art book image where Sailor Moon is in her eternal form in artbook 5, and were completely hand made by me.

I love this dress! You can see by my convention history how many times I've worn it, and I was really excited when I saw it got chosen to be in Ejen's Cosplay In America book.It's wonderful to see the nice reactions I get when I wear it - you can tell that Sailor Moon still has much love from the fans.
