Construction Details:
This was inspired by HINOI TEAM's outfits from the Pokemon Sunday ending, which uses the song "Yeah!". I'm cosplaying the outfit/fashion rather than any particular girl. This was for Angel Heart's HINOI TEAM ParaPara medley.
