A friend of mine was running the METROCON Fantasy Masquerade the first year (2006) and was planning to dress as Hatori. I offered to make a nice masque for him and he agreed. It's entirely hand painted in water-tones with the seahorse in pearl tones. As a special touch, I added rhinestone bubbles. He LOVED it.
