OH LORD, This is old. Made 2003 for Anime Festival Orlando 4. The yellow dress was an old skirt I used, because I didn't know how to sew! Hence the 'baggy' look XD ! Although most of my techniques were ghetto at the time I was proud of this costume, my arm jewlery was actual metal, and there were a lot of little details I didn't skimp on. One day I'll make this costume over though XD!
