About this Costume
Construction Details:
I've been going through old costumes and remaking them to show my improvement. this was a costume i always loved, but never could wear because of the poor construction. I decided to redo the entire thing out of better materials and a better fit altogether. the dress is made of satin taffeta and lined with casa lining. there's tulle in the lower skirt to flare it out like the manga drawing. the jewelry is all made by myself out of found gemstones and hand painted, the crown is made from a ceiling light tile and crafted on a crown. the matching shoes were scored at a local thrift store and the wig was purchased from a local wig shop. and the horns are latex/fx props I molded. the scepter is made of pvc, an xmas bulb and modelmagic with cardboard.
