Ugh. This costume is so crappy. Do I really need to elaborate? lol. It's a yellow dress with ugly rolled hems that I tried to do last year and they suck. Woo yellow wig, rose, and hair bow. Ugly, ugly, ugly.

Personal Thoughts:

I need to make a better Sailor Moon costume eventually. lol
