Construction Details:

I found the perfect material for the costume and ended up trashing all but the inner cape and revamped spikes from the second costume attempt. The top is comprised of bra cups covered in black Nike Exoskin and sewn into a half-top with a zippered back. It has short sleeves and is lined with black stretch velvet. There is no top-stitched. All hems are by hand. The thong is the same way, lined and hand-hemmed. All gold bits are gold spandex over thin furniture foam strips. The skull is made out of Crayola model magic and paper clay. There's just sooo much that went into getting the details there. But I want to redo the shoulder spikes now! Anyway, the costume is officially retired and will be used as pattern bits for a new Naga costume... eventually! Wish me luck!

Personal Thoughts:

I've made multiple versions of this costume and still revisit it. Naga is definitely one of my favorite costumes!
