About this Costume

The material was purchased at Wal-Mart. The fan was made with wood bought from Lowes and material that was again purchased at Wal-Mart and some paint for the dots on the fan. The material was stiched around the wood to hold it in place better to keep the fan from billowing out as it was opened up. Also helped to hold the shape of the fan better.
