Construction Details:

The actual sewing of this costume was pretty simple, but it was my very first time dealing with armor and prop making. I used craft foam and thin plastic cutting boards for the majority of the armor, and model magic for the little medallions and smaller details. It was a learning experience.

Personal Thoughts:

I had a lot of good memories playing Soul Calibur with my friends at college. I loved playing as Sophitia and Tira, though Sophitia ultimately won out since I thought I could pull her off better at the time.

Wig Review

Oh my God, the WIG. It's so blindingly gold! I do love the color, but for Sophitia I was planning on getting a more subdued ash-blonde wig, and that's what the color looked like on the website, but ... it arrived GOLD. It's different than what I expected, but I actually like it!
