Hello! I'm Jess/Otter! I've been cosplaying since about 2008 and started to get serious into it around 2011 when I started cosplaying with a good friend of mine! I like cosplaying my favorite girls from series I like (which is a huge range from shoujo to things like... jojo lol). I'm still nowhere near the level I want to be at but I'm learning and growing every day!
