Hullo! My name is Stormy Mystique. I've been a cosplayer, costumer, and gamer for many years. I started out long ago in the SCA when I was very young, and than progressed towards the gaming world. I've played many games and almost every system. My first MMO was Ultima Online, which I played for 10 years, I tried a few others and ended up addicted to Warcraft. I love lots of console games to though! I enjoy making and wearing costumes, and interacting with people. I organized a group of ladies with self confidence issues and called the group The Bad Kitties. I'm happy to report that they are all amazingly full of confidence now! I love cosplay and I love what it has meant to me in my life. It has been such a source of therapy since my time in the Navy, and some of the health issues that I have faced since than. I pride myself in being imperfect (or flawed) and am glad to be different and stand out in the crowd. I am also a professional/commercial photographer and working on a master's degree as well. I work 40+ hours as an aerospace engineer/aircraft mechanic, a mother, the wife of a disabled husband, and attend college full time, while maintaining a 3.8 gpa. I am convinced that if I am strong enough to do these things, that others are also. They only need to have faith in themselves and learn to please the one person that will benefit the most, themselves. I also believe in paying it forward, especially to children as it is the greatest example one can set.
