I have been cosplaying since 2001, and will be my 9th year beginning in March. I prefer to cosplay male characters for some reason, though sometimes I will put in a female. I make most of my cosplays, and I prefer to make my own rather than buy, so I can feel closer and more connected with my hobby. I have a passion for it, and hopefully I can meet others who have and share the same passion.
I am with a cosplay group called Silver Aura of Dawn Cosplay (SADC). We do quite a bit together, even though some of our members are out of state or out of country, we still keep in touch through messenger, email, or forums. Its a wonderful group full of wonderful people, and I love them all! We also have started to host events at conventions too, our first one being Vampire Knight Ball in 2010 at Kawa Kon.
