Help with a henshin pen?

Hello! Can someone tell me how the heck to make Sailor Neptune's henshin pen? I have no idea where to begin on that one.... Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much! ~Neptune's Mask

I think you can buy some random items at an infant's store and assemble them with plastic cement.

Craft stores sell minor wood thingys... I bet you can find parts there to shish-ka-bob them.
