Construction Details:

The top is a sweater, cut, sewn, and has an elastic at the bottom. Ties are made from felt.
The hats were altered from felt-ish hats bought at iParty. The tops were cut off and we wrapped and folded felt to get the pointed shape! We also cut off the brims, but left the sides higher so we could add hard pieces to go up. Blue felt and white for the design.
Simple jeans with bias tape on them for the stripes!

Personal Thoughts:

I just keep wanting to wear this since it's so fun!
