Found the pattern in Grandma's sewing room, as well as the yellow fabric. Purchased the red wig off ebay, bought the shoes online, made the synch clips out of clay and the blue choker out of ribbon, and voila! Insta-Asuka! (Ok... so it wasn't so instant.)
