Construction Details:

This outfit is made entirely out of assorted quilter's cottons from Joann. Except for the striped material, which was purchased from eBay. Everything is lined, and the two black skirts on top also have interfacing.

As for now, this outfit doesn't currently have any permanent means of being put together. It is being held together with safety pins xD Yay time constraints! When I get the chance, I'll re-fit everything and sew in some hooks and eyes. And hopefully find some different shoes that I can attach some permanent decorations to.

All the pink stiff was sewn on by hand. Very crappily, too, since I was in a rush and it was done at the con. Those two bows were also the first bows I've ever made.

My boyfriend did the music note for me out of shrinky-dinks while I was working on other parts. And my mom serged the ruffles since I'd forgotten how to use our Serger (and time restraints didn't allow me to relearn it at that time xD)

Personal Thoughts:

I finished this costume the morning that I first wore it. I was sewn into it.

Also, for the masquerade, I had the prettiest nails with little music notes on them, but I never got pictures with them so it was sad :( And I had to rip them off that night so I could get my contacts out T.T
