Construction Details:

What an outfit this was! I commissioned the costume, medal, and headpiece from God Save the Queen Fashions last year and finally debuted it at MomoCon. She did a fabulous job! The dress, sash, and top part of the bodice is high quality satin, the scarf is dyed wool, and the corset is taffeta with steel boning and lined in cotton. The headpiece is made of leather and attaches to my wig with magnets! God Save the Queen also suggested some style adjustments to this costume, which I thought were great ideas. Originally, Featherine wears an obi belt with this outfit, but it was clear that a corset would flatter my figure more, so we went with a underbust corset as opposed to an obi (it helped that there's no official reference image for the back of this costume!). Also, the dress is drawn as strapless, but a halter strap was added in order to keep the bodice up a bit more securely. I also wear a hoopskirt and an underskirt under this costume. The wig is by Fantasy Sheep. All I had to do was cut the bangs into it. Photos are by Lionboogy and LaMenta3.
