Construction Details:

I had the materials on hand, and then I decided hey. Quick and easy costume. Red plaid skirt, shirt, tank top, and tie. I even added red contact lenses because thats what you see her in.

Personal Thoughts:

I'm used to wearing contacts now so it wasn't so bad. I hated the fact that I actually found some GUY taking a picture up my skirt. But I lost him in the crowd. ARGH.
