I never would have learned to sew if it weren't for this hobby. I started making costumes in 2002, but didn't actually cosplay until 2003. I only make 1-2 costumes per year because I sew pretty slow - or rather sew at a regular pace but makes lots of mistakes that I have to redo. I'm not super outgoing, but I do like talking to people about common interests. My other main hobby is playing music, but I also like playing video games, reading manga and looking at/wearing/sewing gothic lolita stuff. Of course, I also watch anime as well, some of my recent favorites are Honey & Clover and Ouran High School Host Club.
