Construction Details:

I used Katherine Zan's fuku pattern and foam for the hip roll. The petal sleeves took some trial and error but I got them to stay upright with some interfacing.
The boots are gogo boots that I modified and laced up with black lacing.
The chest brooch I made from cut lexan spray painted on one side with glossy white spray paint. I also glued a rhinestone to the center for a little sparkle.
The tiara I got from Catzia.
The earrings I made from a domed earring base wrapped with a wire to mimic the planet ring. The crystal I borrowed from a candle holder. Teehee
Bows and circle skirt patterns I used SparklePipsi's tutorial. It works great! I love how they come out!

Personal Thoughts:

I love Sailor Saturn and Hotaru Tomoe. She's so delicate and yet powerful at the same time. I instantly fell in love with her when I first saw her. *_* It is a thrill to have made this costume!

Wig Review

I cut the wig short to match Hotaru's hair length.
