Is there a way we could possibly keep our favorites and favorited series on hidden from public?

A few people in Mexico afaik (they take it to the MSN though). I'm wondering about this though because I have quite a few favorites and it makes my front page seem huuuuuuge just because of the list on it. Was just wondering if there was an option to do this for now.
