Rules on photo content?

I have some photos that I'd like to upload. They show a good amount of bra (catsuit unzipped, Fujiko Mine.. totally series appropriate.).. but I couldn't find anything around the site that says if it's ok to upload. It all covers more than a bikini would.. would this be ok to put up?

If it follows public decency laws and/or is PG-13 then it's ok.
