Overwatch Tracer Cosplay

Hi guys, I am wanting to make a casual Tracer cosplay from Overwatch. I am looking for a basic brown jacket I can use to sew on the patches. I can not buy the actual cosplay from sites. I am plus sized and am wondering where to find one.
And any ideas how to make her Chronal Accelerator either on a shirt or any other way please let me know. Thank you!
