Is there any way I can take it in without making it look strange?

(It's the Karakura High winter uniform from Bleach.)

It's too big in the waste area, the sleeves, and the shoulders.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. :3

wellll sounds like you need to take it in. Sometimes it's a matter of tuking it in tighter but in a pinch pleating can take up a lot of the excess while leaving you the choice to let it out again.

yea the best thing to do is get it altered...if you can't do it just go to a altering place thinging they will take you measurments and take it in for you without messing up the pleats and stuff...or do it your self....but all that needs to be done is take it in...with the sleeves it is easy just get a seem spliter and the take it in from there^^
