Peppita 3p Costume

well I want to make this costume but have some small prob......
1.well i can only find this pic of the dress

I have tried to find pic on google but:(
2.I can't find any fabric on the internett (we don't have fabric shops here..all are closed down
)
3.what can e make the bracelets of?(how can i make them)
I live in norway and can't find craft foam in any store:(
I have seen craft foam on internett but they don't ship to norway or they don't ship to where I live in norway:(

wow, u're gonna cosplay as Peppita too?

I'm afraid all I could find was a picture of the back of that costume. ^^; It looks like the front might look just like the normal costume, just differently colored. The belt thing looks different, though. >_>

looks like a black training bra and a golden belt.
It's just a change in graphics, no change in outfit style.

well, if u don't mind straining your eyes a bit.. U could always go to Peppita's status screen in the game and stare at her 3P costume for a while, maybe do a rough sketch first?

well i don't have the game I only saw it on a web site and when i saw peppita's 3 costume I just wanna make it that's the only costume i liked and don't have to buy a wig for
but it looks like there will be no costume for me
