How short is your hair?
The colour of your eyes shouldn't play a huge role in what you chose to cosplay. But contacts are optional
Are you a beginner sewer?
Are you willing to spend money on a wig?

Cosplaying isn't about who's telling you what to cosplay. It's about who you want to cosplay.
Who's your faverouite character, who's outfit fo you like the most etc.?
Questions like that help you decide what you want to cosplay as.

Isn't this in the wrong section at any rate? However, what your looks are should have nothing to do with cosplay unless you don't want to work too much.

Just pick a favorite character and go with that.
