Coyote Ragtime Show; Mister

I'd like to cosplay as Mister from C.R.S. but can't find any references to making the outfit, as most of the people doing Coyote R.S. are cosplaying the goth Lolita robot assassin girls. There other characters that I'd like to do that don't have any reference for.
