Construction Details:

The shirt, bloomers, apron and the bow on my head were all patterned out and made from scratch.
The shirt pattern was sliced and added to to make the pleats but otherwise was just a normal shirt pattern. For the bloomers put strips of fabric running from the waist to the hem so that they wouldn't slip down and loose their poof, and all of the ruffles for the apron were folded by hand.
The wig was ordered off of etsy.

Personal Thoughts:

This cosplay was made over the span of eight months as more of a side project so I had time to perfect some of the trickier parts and take breaks when I got frustrated. There are still a few things that I'd like to tweak before taking it to a con but other then that I'm really happy with it!
