Construction Details:

Nowi was completely patterned without the aid of commercial patterns- it was nerve wracking as heck =w=;;; I used spandex blends for everything, and yes there are booty shorts under that huge belt. The bikini is literally held in place by three things. The knot at the back of my neck, the bow in front, and the lace up corset at the back, which is tied into place and held taught by the waist band of the booty shorts. The scale patterns are hand drawn on- at first I did sew them individually on but it made it harder to keep its nice shape. The belt is made from vinyl, buckle and accessories from craft foam. The boot covers were a pain in the butt to bias, and that and the cape are made from none crush suiting.

I always get slightly annoyed when people say girls only cosplay bikini chicks for attention- DO YOU KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO CONTRUCT A WRAP AROUND BIKINI AND KEEP IT IN PLACE
