About this Costume
- Construction Details:
-
The pants are a regular pants made from brushed cotton. The shirt is also a nice white brushed cotton and is a man's medieval peasant shirt. The cape was super heavy and made of a polyblend material with a non-static lining on the inside. The cape was extremely heavy! The vest I made out of a regular vest pattern and I trimmed it with a gold cord trim.
- Personal Thoughts:
- I cosplayed Fakir for Katsucon 2012. It was a blast to cosplay his character and I enjoyed it immensely. The downside to this costume was that the day the majority of the pictures were taken was the day the wig was ruined. It fell over on the trip to the convention center and was significantly messed up. Unfortunately, most of the pics from the con are with the messed up wig. It looked way better the next morning after I was able to re-style it. Oh well.

- Wig Review
- Nothing against the wig, just how it turned out after getting messed up. However, it looked ten times better after I had re-styled it that night for Saturday of the convention.
