Construction Details:

the bracer is made form pvc, sheet metal, and leather.

the belt and suspenders/harness for the spaulder are made from a thick leather and there is surgical tubing used as piping around the edge of the belt. the emblem is a sand-casted aluminum sculpture that utilizes screw posts to a fix it. the gloves are a couple pairs of work gloves cut up and joined together, and riveted.

As for the shirt, it is a modified women's turtle neck.

the pants are just some work pants with all logos removed.

On to the sword, it is modeled after the game's Hard edge or mithral saber (depending on the pic, both use about the same construction methods)and created from craft foam, fiberglass driveway markers, pour-able rubber (plastidip), all adhered with a tile adhesive called DAP (you must wait 48 hours for all of the adhesive to dry before applying the plastidip, it will exotherm and melt the foam). Then it is spray painted and then for finally painted with acrylic paint. the cross guar is made from a combo of camping mat and craft foam. The hilt is covered in tennis racket grip and electrical tape.
