Construction Details:

Bodysuit, cape, cowl gloves and made by myself. Corset was a gift from a friend which has been altered and taken in over time (am reworking a new version). Headpiece made by an ex boyfriend out of sintra and a lot of sanding. The bodysuit is a gorgeous cotton lycra I found at my local specialty sewing store for $6 a yard, I feel like I lucked out! My original cape was a heavy satin fabric, but I switched to microsuede when I wore the costume in the winter and love how it feels and flows much better. It's a basic half-circle cape, pleated and hand tacked in the back to allow for maximum drape.
