Construction Details:

Fighting Twinrova in the Spirit Temple was always on of my favourite boss battles, and doing this costume was very nostalgic for me. To go along with me, KoopaT (Thornrose on DA) wore his Dark Link outfit on the same day, so we had to suffer through the body makeup together XD The headpiece is entirely craft foam with sheer material that is clipped (and now glued) onto the stubbed wig. The head crystal is entirely craft foam aswell. The black material is a black spandex with a sheen to it and the white material is a satin-tafeta mix. the stripes of gold are single fold bias tape made out of the white material and then painted with the same gold fabric paint used on the torso portion. The pieces on the torso are carved out of Sculpt-it and is attached with safety pins. The white designs on the sleeves are fabric paint as well. The green and red are a stretchy satin which was perfect for the front piece and covering each of the shoes. The designs are satin stitched onto loin-cloth type thing and it is double sided so no stitching shows through. The torches are large wooden dowels cut to size,the bases are made of black and white craft foam with gold painted trimmed popsicle sticks, and the flames are made of the same sheer material as the head piece.
