Construction Details:

Modified a prom dress pattern to add the sleeve bit and ALL THE RUFFLES. I bought a gathering foot specifically for this outfit and I'm so glad I did, but it doesn't mean I didn't goof up on the ruffle *placement* like 3 times which was all handsewn on and spent far more time doing that than the rest of the outfit.

I erred on the side of accuracy over mobility, so I can't really move my arms too much. Don't look on the inside since all the modifications meant the lining didn't sync up right at the bottom hahahaha, but I doubt I'll go back and fix this unless I can wrangle my husband into being Isaac again with me :V
