Construction Details:

The skirt is in three pieces which is the gray in the front, the black part and then the red on top. The red part is outlined in black ribbon. The shirt is made in two parts, the actual shirt part and then the parts that go on the bottom of it. The hooks are, I believe called frogs, they are sharpied red. The sleeves are held by elastic on top and then the white outline is ribbon. The cape-like piece is held together by a ribbon and the details are tacked down, the white border is also white ribbon. The giant bow is hanging down from a ribbon like a necklace. The hair pieces are being held up by wire. The ruffles took up a LOT of fabric. All the red on the outfit is covered in a very pretty red lace, I thought that since Rachel is a vampire and very elegant and rich-like that she would have something extra on her outfit and that she would enjoy lace.
