I made the pattern myself for the top, hand gathered the frill. Used a deep blue sportswear fabric (NOT SHINY) for the top, and for the skirt bought a lace dress from a thrift store, cut and altered it. The hair wraps are two hair extensions that I bought to match my hair color. I then braided them into 6 strands each, and beaded them. I need to redo the sideskirt...yeah.
