Construction Details:

Made from milskin spandex and crinkle organza for the sleeves. The pattern was a long sleeve shirt pattern that was modified to be longer and come to a point at the bottom. The collar is stuffed with batting to make it poofy.
The moon is painted on with glow in the dark fabric paint, which I thought would be cool, but the paint is actually super thin. It does glow though.
