About this Costume
Construction Details:
Top to bottom!

Bow is heavy cotton that attaches to the clip of the wig.
Jacket is a knit sateen with bias tape correctly sewn in (first time ever and WOW WHY DIDN'T I LEARN HOW TO EARLIER). The ruffles are a dull satin.
Soul gem was from a necklace I found in Garment District...unfortunately the lower gem popped off RIGHT after con and I lost it therefore a replacement is necessary...
Sleeves are black and white knit. The black knit is stuffed with foam to get the fuller shape.
Vest is a cotton sateen with applique and bias.
Skirt was from my old Eirika cosplay (LOL), dyed pink.
Boot covers are the same knit as the jacket.
Personal Thoughts:
A HUGE thanks to ACP for forcing me to get this out of the closet after 2 years of it being half done and finishing it for Daisuki events. I didn't realize how much I needed this costume in my life. I love Kyoko for her determination, shift from interdependence to independence, and ultimately, her tragedy since it reminds me of some personal experiences. She's a great character and I hope with some minor adjustments, I can do more justice to her ;~;
