Construction Details:

The base is made from a jersey stretch spandex while the skirt and bows are casa satin. Everything attaches with snaps so that if I wanted to cosplay another scout, I've already got the base done! The wig started out as an Inigo from Arda in midnight blue. I razored and thinned out the wig and poofed it up for the crazy anime style. The visor I did not make, but found a wonderful gentleman on Etsy who does make them!

Personal Thoughts:

This was the most deceptively difficult costume I've ever made. Ever. Everything had to be perfect.
